Shipping

We ship worldwide from the Czech Republic. Stock is physically held in Prague and dispatched within 24 hours, with PPL, DHL, FedEx and Czech Post.

How it works

  1. When you place the order you give a delivery address.
  2. The parcel is handed over to the carrier the next working day and goes to the address you gave.
  3. Once it is on its way you receive an e-mail (and an SMS where available) with the tracking number.
  4. Where the carrier delivers to a pickup point, collection is entirely discreet: you simply quote or show the code, and no identity document is needed.

Lead times

We dispatch the next working day after the order arrives. Delivery itself usually takes:

  • 3 to 5 working days across Europe
  • about 7 working days to the rest of the world

Shipping cost

Shipping costs €7 to any destination in the world. The exact amount is always shown in the basket before you pay.
